Dette skete i tæt samarbejde med indehaveren af Aktiv Form, Odense, som har udviklet behandlings- og træningssystemet til heste. I samarbejde med Tryg hesteforsikring blev elite ungryttere og deres heste trænet og behandlet i 2011 under navnet ”Team Tryg Elite”. Udvikling af logoer i samarbejde med grafiker Lea Lerch og reklamemand Henrik Jensen. Undervisning til Herning hingstekåring og på workshops i Danmark og Luxemburg. Formidling i form af foredrag og lægmandsartikler i “Ridehesten” og “Hest og Rytter”
  • Jeg lukkede firmaet i medio 2014 for at kunne fokusere på ph.d.-projektet og uddannelsen til hesteosteopat EDO.

Hestetandlæge og dyrlæge Mette Aarup har en god forståelse af, hvad jeg laver og det kan være en fordel, hvis hesten skal have ordnet tænder i forbindelse med en behandling.

I forbindelse med en behandling anbefaler jeg sommetider at støtte op om behandlingen med kosttilskud. Her oplever jeg god effekt af produkter fra VetCur, og på deres hjemmeside kan man finde den forhandler, som er tættest på hvor du bor.

Jeg samarbejder med dyrlæge og hesteosteopat Jeanette Adler, som også tager heste i genoptræning, hvilket jeg varmt kan anbefale.

Om mig

Jeg er uddannet dyrlæge i 2009 med differentiering inden for hestesygdomme. Under mit speciale fik jeg tildelt et Ph.d. stipendie og gik derfor direkte videre inden for klinisk forskning, hvor jeg har specialiseret mig i ortopædi og biomekanik hos heste. Min ph.d.-afhandling i objektiv bevægelsesanalyse blev forsvaret i marts 2017.

Sideløbende med min ph.d. har jeg haft egen virksomhed og taget efteruddannelse. I virksomheden specialiserede jeg mig i proprioceptiv træning af heste og ryttere og udviklede konceptet: PAS® (Proprioceptive Activation System) i samarbejde med Aktiv Form, Odense. I 2014 lukkede jeg virksomheden for fokusere på at videreuddanne mig til hesteosteopat. I December 2015 bestod jeg eksamen og fik titlen EDO® (Equine diplomat of Osteopathy).
